The Rainier crew just completed our kitchen renovation. A GREAT team to work with. Communication and integrity through every step of the project. Each day started with a text from Brad, our Project Manager, letting us know who was going to be onsite, doing what and when. Who knew service like this existed in Jacksonville?!?!

Rainier did a great job turning my blah dead space into functional space! Rainier's team also did great work adding custom backsplash to my kitchen - AND - they actually cleaned up after themselves and were polite and friendly when the boss wasn't around! We will DEFINITELY use them again!

We had Rainier remodel our master bathroom earlier this year and they did an amazing job! They were very professional and reliable. Matt, Tripp and Brad were all great to work with. The workers were respectful of my home with young children and made the process of remodeling as comfortable as possible for my family. Our bathroom looks better than I ever expected! We are excited to use them for future home projects!

So Matt, Tripp, David, Michael and Brad added this pergola to our backyard this Spring. From the time Tripp came by for an estimate to actually today these guys were all over it. The communication on when they were going to at the job site to when the materials and sub-contractors were going to arrive was communicated fully. They pull the permits and accommodated every need we had. These guys ROCK!!!

JUST AWESOME, hands down! We had them redo our kitchen, install sliding screen doors /screen porch and backyard fence. The result was amazing and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We felt very comfortable in knowing their team was trustworthy, honest and also took into account our three animals! Overall, just extremely pleased with their work and meeting our budget. We will constantly be referring them to our friends and family! Great work Rainier!

For those who look at the pictures on the site my bathroom is the one with the white vanity with the veined quartz countertop. This was a 1990's guest bath that needed modernizing and was renovated by Rainier. The materials were selected by my wife and I but the guys at Rainier did the install. We had a problem with the subcontractor's tile work and Rainier took it upon themselves to tear out the shoddy tile job and redo the tile work at their expense. The results as you can see in the pictures are more than we could have expected. Our sincere thanks to Brad and the guys at Rainier for their great work and dedication to their customers. They were not going to leave until we were completely satisfied, and we were. They took our vision and transformed it into a reality. Thanks all!!

To anyone contemplating using Rainier I would say don't even have second thoughts, you will be well satisfied.

We love Rainer and the employees. We had our floors, doors and we aren't done yet. We are still using this great company to make our house look great! Tile that looks like wood floors installed after rippping out glued down floors and my whole family loves the new look. Love! Love! Love

I had the exterior of my house painted. Matt kept me updated every step of the way and John was professional and on schedule. It looks great. Plan to use Rainier for more work this spring.

I bought a foreclosure that was a mess! The master bathroom and kitchen all had to be redone along with some tile work. All I had to do was pick out what I liked and they did the rest. The quality of work and attention to detail was fantastic. Anytime I have guest over I always get compliments not on just the style of tile but how great the tile work is!

This company has been one of the best that I have hired in a long time. Not only did they do a fantastic job improving our kitchen and some boring dead space, but they seem to treat their employees well too! I definitely recommend giving them a call!

Rainier Inc is fabulous! Matt, Tripp and the crew are organized, on time, on budget. They did a fantastic job with our remodel. We did a compete kitchen redo, all new windows and slider, and new well pump plumbing. We are very pleased with their service! We will have them back to do our master bath remodel!
